All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. However, if we made a mistake you have 30 days from the purchase date to report the error. If after reviewing your case we agree the error was caused by and the fault of Southwest Recovery Services we will promptly issue a credit back to your original method of payment.
If you make this payment through this online portal your credit card will be charged immediately. Please make 100% sure that you are paying Southwest Recovery Services, Inc. We are not Southwest Credit and do not collect for the same company’s. If you make a payment that does not belong to one of the clients we represent we will identify that and refund your payment promptly. Please note that a voided transaction will take up to two business days and a refund will take up to five business days.
