Never thought I'd be saying I'm glad to of done business with a debt recovery service but boy am I glad they got it. Basically I was being sent to collections by a shady company that had no real reason to be doing so, and of course I got an email from Southwest recovery stating the issue and showing everything I needed to know. I knew I didn't owe it so I worked with Sawyer back and forth and they did indeed confirm that the company was not supposed to be getting payment from me.
